Motion was made by Commissioner Precinct 1 Jim Luther, Jr., Seconded by: Commissioner Precinct 3 Billy Wall to approve the land purchase and acceptance of deed with Matt King for the additional right of way acquisition at CR 410 and Lakeside Beach Subdivision intersection.
Vote: 4 - 0 - Unanimously

Karin Smith, County Auditor, requested a hand check made out to Whiteside Construction in the amount of $23,000.00 for land purchased in item 3 of this meeting. Commissioner Beierle, requested where the funds would come from. Ms. Smith informed the court that the funds to purchase the land would be coming from FY22 Tax Funds from Precinct 4, Road and Bridge.
Motion was made by Commissioner Precinct 1 Jim Luther, Jr., Seconded by: Commissioner Precinct 3 Billy Wall to approve the consent agenda:
a. Consideration and approval of any pending personnel issues within the policy.
b. Payroll approval/Personnel Action Form Approval
c. Consideration and approval concerning budget amendments.
d. Consideration and approval concerning budget line item transfers.
