Discussion and/or action concerning a variance from the OSSF regulations for Spicewood Baptist Church. A request to place the drain field for the church on property owned by the Spicewood Community Center (Dockery)

Discussion and/or action concerning the preliminary plat approval for Spicewood Gardens, a private subdivision consisting of 66 lots on 43.226 acres located in the 100 block of Parr Avenue (Dockery)
Motion is made by Commissioner Precinct 4 Joe Don Dockery, Seconded by Commissioner Precinct 1 Jim Luther, Jr. to approve the preliminary plat approval for Spicewood Gardens, a private subdivision consisting of 66 lots on 43.226 acres located in the 100 block of Parr Avenue.

Discussion and/or action regarding adding people to the composition of the Burnet County local broadband committee (Oakley)
Motion is made by Commissioner Precinct 4 Joe Don Dockery, Seconded by Commissioner Precinct 1 Jim Luther, Jr. approval to add Craig Magerkurth to the composition of the Burnet County local broadband committee.

Discussion and/or action regarding the approval to ratify the approval to apply for and sign a resolution for the FY 25 application for the Heart of Texas Auto Theft Task Force from the Motor Vehicle Crime Prevention Authority with the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (Oakley)
Motion is made by Commissioner Precinct 2 Damon Beierle, Seconded by Commissioner Precinct 1 Jim Luther, Jr. to approve to apply for and sign a resolution for the FY 25 application for the Heart of Texas Auto Theft Task Force from the Motor Vehicle Crime Prevention Authority with the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles.

Calendar Review.
FY 24-25 Budget Workshop. The members of the Commissioners Court will meet to discuss the preparation of the FY 24-25 Burnet County Budget, including but not limited to, addressing all Burnet County government department budgets and/or requests, compensations, benefits and priorities (Oakley)
Patricia Cope asked if all elected officials would present in open court. Judge Oakley stated no and that requests are not a statutory requirement, but the option was given.
