Call to Order
Judge Bryan Wilson called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.
 
Item #2:
Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance to the Flags
Judge Byan Wilson led the invocation.

Public Comments - Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.007 (b), any person may make comment on any item appearing on the agenda. Any comments made will not be addressed by the Commissioners Court during the Public Comments agenda item. Public Comments are limited to three (3) minutes per person.

Motion is made by Commissioner Precinct 4 Joe Don Dockery, Seconded by Commissioner Precinct 1 Jim Luther, Jr. to approve the bond for Bryan Wilson for office of County Judge.

Vote: 5 - 0 - Unanimously

Consider approval of the purchase of the HART Intercivic Ballot on Demand voting system (attached contract "Burnet Co. Tx. 020425 Verity Master Agreement DRAFT.pdf) (Wilson)

Motion is made by Commissioner Precinct 4 Joe Don Dockery, Seconded by Commissioner Precinct 1 Jim Luther, Jr. to approve the purchase of the HART Intercivic Ballot on Demand voting system.
County Commissioner Damon Beierle voted Nay.

Vote: 4 - 1

 
Item #6:
Consider approval of appointing Judge Bryan Wilson to the CAPCOG General Assembly (Dockery)
The court discussed this agenda item.
 

Motion is made by Commissioner Precinct 4 Joe Don Dockery, Seconded by Commissioner Precinct 2 Damon Beierle to approve appointing Judge Bryan Wilson to the CAPCOG General Assembly.

Vote: 5 - 0 - Unanimously
