Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding the following public hearing:
Pursuant to Chapter 300 of the Texas Health & Safety Code, the Burnet County Commissioners Court will hold a public hearing to discuss, consider, and take action addressing the following:
- Creation of the Burnet County local provider participation fund;
- Adoption of the Burnet County Health Care Provider Participation Program Rules and Procedures;
- Designation of at least one bank as the depository for mandatory payments received by Burnet County under the local provider participation fund;
- The requirement that each institutional healthcare provider submit a copy of any financial and utilization data required by and reported to the Department of State Health Services under Texas Health & Safety Code Sections 311.032 and 311.033; and
- All other actions necessary to comply with Texas Health & Safety Code Section Chapter 300.

Motion is made by Commissioner Precinct 4 Joe Don Dockery, Seconded by Commissioner Precinct 2 Damon Beierle to approve The requirement that each institutional healthcare provider submit a copy of any financial and utilization data required by and reported to the Department of State Health Services under Texas Health & Safety Code Sections 311.032 and 311.033.
