Bryan Wilson, County Judge, called the Workshop to order at 10:56 a.m.

Review and discuss FY26 budget proposals regarding the following departments and agencies:
a. Road and Bridge Precinct 1;
b. Road and Bridge Precinct 2;
c. Road and Bridge Precinct 3;
d. Road and Bridge Precinct 4.
All Commissioners spoke on this agenda item.
 
Item #3:
Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding the following FY26 proposed budgets for Nondepartmental. (Wilson)
Damon Beierle, County Commissioner, spoke on this agenda item.
 
Item #4:
Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding the following FY26 proposed budgets for Health and Welfare - General: (Wilson)
a.  Humane Society/ Animal Shelter - contract;
b. WBCO - Meals on Wheels - donation;
c. Crimestoppers - donation;
d. CARTS - donation;
e. Pauper Care - Burials - donation; and
f. Vetrides - donation.

Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding the following FY26 proposed budgets for Health and Welfare - Indigent Health Care: (Wilson)
a.  Contract Services;
b. Physician Nonemergency;
c. Prescription Drugs;
d. Hospital Inpatient;
e. Hospital Outpatient;
f. X-ray; and
g. Skilled nursing facility.
