The project will include documenting the existing conditions for the +/-10,000 SF Briggs Community Center, review them against applicable building codes and provide code-compliant corrections. Also provide design and documentation for the rest of the renovation scope and support the builder during construction.

Payment of back pay of 2,080 hours at the difference to actual payment
of salary $84,572.80 ($40.66 per hour) and corrected amount of salary $97,136.00 ($46.70 per hour) equals $12,563.20.
