Item #4 Public hearing to discuss and consider an order to continue to participate in the Burnet County local health care provider participation program subject to recently enacted Chapter 292E of the Texas Health and Safety Code, amend the Burnet County Health Care Provider Participation Program Rules and Procedures to align with Chapter 292E, and to set the mandatory payment rate for Fiscal Year 26 applicable to Burnet County’s local provider participation program and how the revenue derived from those payments is to be spent. The Burnet County Commissioner’s Court will hold the public hearing pursuant to Chapter 292E of the Texas Health & Safety Code. (Wilson)

Motion is made by Commissioner Precinct 2 Damon Beierle, Seconded by Commissioner Precinct 4 Joe Don Dockery to participate in the progam and set the rate at 6%

Motion is made by Commissioner Precinct 2 Damon Beierle, Seconded by Commissioner Precinct 4 Joe Don Dockery to adopt the order implementing requirements of Burnet County's participation in the Burnet County Health Care Provider Participation Program.

Motion is made by Commissioner Precinct 3 Chad Collier, Seconded by Commissioner Precinct 4 Joe Don Dockery to approve the nomination of Starla McLaurin for the Capital Area Trauma Regional Advisory Council (CATRAC) for the Burnet/ Williamson Court position.
