Motion is made by Commissioner Precinct 4 Joe Don Dockery, Seconded By Commissioner Precinct 3 Chad Collier to approve he use of county equipment and labor to assist the Marble Falls Rodeo Association (a non-profit organization, pursuant to section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and other authorities) regarding arena preparation for its upcoming open rodeo. Such action may be authorized if deemed to serve a recognized public purpose, including economic development pursuant to chapter 381 of the Texas Local Government Code and other authorities.
