Item #7 Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action concerning a request to replat Lot MCE 2, Wolf Creek Ranch, in Burnet County to be known as Lots MCE 2-A and 2-B, Wolf Creek Ranch, a division of 1 lot into 2. (Luther)

Motion is made by Commissioner Precinct 1 Jim Luther, Jr., Seconded By Commissioner Precinct 2 Damon Beierle to approve replat Lot MCE 2, Wolf Creek Ranch, in Burnet County to be known as Lots MCE 2-A and 2-B, Wolf Creek Ranch, a division of 1 lot into 2.

Item #11 Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to allow the use of county equipment and labor to assist the Marble Falls Rodeo Association (a non-profit organization, pursuant to section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and other authorities) regarding arena preparation for its upcoming open rodeo. Such action may be authorized if deemed to serve a recognized public purpose, including economic development pursuant to chapter 381 of the Texas Local Government Code and other authorities. (Dockery)

(b) Burnet County Technology Department to Condor Document Services for Hard Drive(s) in an amount not to exceed $1,218;
(c) Burnet County Maintenance Department to FixDoor for a commercial repair in an amount not to exceed $538;
(d) Burnet County Sheriff's Office to XLR8 for embroidery in an amount not to exceed $101; and

(a) Renewal of the internet connection component e-rate discount for the Marble Falls Library through June 30, 2027;
(b) Renewal of the internet connection component e-rate discount for the Herman Brown Free Library through June 30, 2027;
(c) Authorization of submission of the Annual Property Renewal Schedule to the Texas Association of Counties (TAC) Risk Management Pool;
(d) Peace Officer Training Reimbursement Agreement for Cadet Clinton D. Milam in an amount to not exceed $30,419.96;
(e) Enter an annual Interlocal Agreement with The City of Cottonwood Shores and adoption of the Order for an amount not to exceed $15,000; 
(f) Enter a social media management contract between Burnet County Tourism and Let's Get Social in an amount not to exceed $9,000;
(g) Enter an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement Between Comal County and Burnet County for Jail Services; and

(c) Reject any and all bids; and/or
(d) Authorize the Auditor's Office to correct the specifications and re-bid the project in accordance with statutory requirements.
