Judge Bryan Wilson called the meeting to order at 9:03 a.m.

Item #3 Public Comments - Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.007 and the Burnet County commissioners court Rules of Decorum, any person may make comment on any item not appearing on the agenda. Any comments made will not be addressed by the commissioners court during the Public Comments agenda item. Public Comments are limited to three (3) minutes per person.

Item #4 Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding a burn ban for the unincorporated areas of Burnet County. (Wilson)

Item #5 Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding budget inner departmental line item transfers:
(a) Road & Bridge Precinct 4 transferring $1,800 from Operating Supplies, fund 340-6140-3300, to Contract Labor, fund 340-6140-4920, to cover a shortage for work on CR 421A;
(b) Bertram Library transferring $382 from Conference/ Dues/ training, fund 200-6400-4270, and $217.42 from Operating Supplies, fund 200-6400-3300, a total of $599.42, to Machine Equipment, fund 200-6500-5750, to purchase a patron self-check out computer.

Item #7 Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding invoices without Purchase Orders or contracts as required in Local Government Code § 113.901:
(a) District Attorney's Office for travel expenses related to Prosecutor Trial Skills Course, in an amount not to exceed $1,504.95.

(a) I. General Policies # 9 - The maximum travel reimbursements will be according to the current fiscal year U.S. General Services Administration's daily lodging, meals, and incidental expenses rates;
(b) II. Revenue and Transfer Policies # 5 - Line item transfer amount - $1,000 subject to Auditor approval;
(c) VII. Fleet Policies - Add documentation requirement for vehicle take-home policy.

(b) 2.06 Working Hours - Appointed officials 40 hour standard work week;
(c) 11.03 Lodging Cost - Lodging expenses applicable to GSA lodging rate for the travel location.
