The City is implementing a new transparency and reporting software called OpenGov.   OpenGov is a web based tool for governments, which enables us to easily visualize and share the City's financial and non-financial data; both internally to improve decision making and increase efficiency, and externally to increase transparency and build trust. We plan to use this software to assist with internal and external reporting for all users (financial and nonfinancial). This software also allows us to go one step further with external reporting and transparency by allow public to run reports and review financial data.  This presentation to Council will be the official public debut of the City's OpenGov website at http://flagstaffaz.opengov.com
