TITLE:
Consideration and Adoption of Resolution No. 2019-33: A resolution of the Flagstaff City Council, approving an amendment to the Intergovernmental Agreement between the Coconino County Community College District and the City of Flagstaff for the continued use and operation of the East Flagstaff Community Library; and establishing an effective date

Executive Summary:
The current agreement between the City and Coconino Community College for the lease of the East Flagstaff Community Library expired 06/30/2019. This Amendment to the IGA extends the current agreement until December 31, 2019, giving both parties enough time to deliberate and craft a new IGA.
Financial Impact:
If approved, the current lease agreement will remain in effect causing no new financial burden.

An original IGA for the lease of the East Flagstaff Community Library was approved by the Council in 2002 and then amended in 2008. A revised agreement was approved in 2013 and auto-renewed in 2017 for two additional years.
