STAFF RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Receive Council direction regarding the creation of a new Youth Advisory Committee.

Council requested a discussion regarding the potential creation of a Youth Advisory Committee.

Staff will present history related to previous City Youth Councils and Commissions, what other Cities are doing, the similarities and differences and key points to consider. There is also a CCR from 2017 regarding the former Youth Commission attached to this staff summary.
