Window selected were compatible and approved with not true divided light units but quality window with internal grills made by Milgard.
Information:
Termite damaged and neglected home in very poor condition overall including windows. Major rehabilitation of interior underway and exterior stucco and new roofing to exenterate the "Romantic Cottage" architectural style. Home is not in a historic district but was constructed in the 1930s. Plans are for VRBO keeping its charm. Owner has rehabbed other adjacent buildings and maintained historic character.
