This is an update regarding the final adoption of an ordinance increasing water, sewer, and reclaimed water user and service fees, and water and sewer capacity fees. The charges are increased over five years to adequately fund operations, maintenance, debt repayment, and replacement projects contained in the ten-year capital improvement program per Council direction.
