TITLE:
Project Prioritization and Multi-year Project Planning

Executive Summary:
This agenda item will support the Open Space Commission's effort to review and identify priority maintenance projects, new amenities, and acquisitions to which BBB tax revenues could be allocated. This process may include determining a priority list to work towards (maintenance projects, property acquisition, rezones, easements, etc.), considering what tools might be best for each priority, and developing a final project list and cost estimates. The desired result of this work would be the production of something similar to a 5-10 capital improvement plan focusing on community open space priorities. During this meeting, commissioners will be asked to review the Project Priorities List and rank projects with the level of importance on a scale of 0 to 10, with 10 being the highest importance. Staff will review the feedback and develop a plan for the Commission’s review.
