Open Spaces Commission Accomplishments & Priorities

Information and Discussion Item. Staff will provide an update to the Open Spaces Commission on their accomplishments and work with the Commission to plan, set future priorities, and determine agenda items.

This item is presented for information and discussion. Staff will provide the Open Spaces Commission with an overview of recent accomplishments and seek input to help shape upcoming priorities and agenda planning. Highlights include progress on the Observatory Mesa right-of-way amendment, Don Weaver Trail alignment, the GOMA Trail Plan, grant progress, and other project udpates.

Looking ahead, the Commission will be asked to provide input on their future work plan and agenda items, including reviewing the upcoming Regional Plan draft, providing input on Open Space code revisions, supporting the PROSE master plan, and potentially other items.
