Executive Summary:
An overview of the 2026–2030 Consolidated Plan will be presented, summarizing community input and the identified priorities and goals that will guide the use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds over the next five years. The presentation will highlight key themes from stakeholder and public engagement and how those informed priority needs related to affordable housing, homelessness, public services, and neighborhood improvements. This work sets the foundation for the City’s five-year investment strategy and will inform future annual funding decisions.
