Future Agenda Item Request (F.A.I.R.): A request by Councilmember Sweet to place on a future agenda a discussion regarding commission member eligibility when receiving city funding.

Executive Summary:
Rule 4.01, Procedures for Preparation of Council Agendas, of the City of Flagstaff City Council Rules of Procedure outlines the process for bringing items forward to a future agenda. Councilmember Sweet has requested this item be placed on an agenda under Future Agenda Item Requests (F.A.I.R.) to determine if there are two other members of Council interested in placing it on a future agenda.
