Consideration and Ratification: Letter of support for the Arizona Environmental Infrastructure program
STAFF RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Retroactively approve the letter of support.
Executive Summary:
City staff received a request to voice the City's support for the Arizona Environmental Infrastructure Program (Section 595), which will bring critically needed water infrastructure assistance to Arizona. This request is supported by the City's federal Water and Stormwater Infrastructure legislative priority. The letter will be signed by various League of Arizona Cities and Towns member cities and then shared with federal lawmakers by the League.
