The Fire Department is made up of three main sections including: Operations, Support and Community Risk Reduction.  Their major programs include: Fire Response, Emergency Medical Services, Special Operations and Wildfire Suppression.  Their budget for fiscal year 2021 was $16,191,014.
 
The Flagstaff Police Division is made up of two main sections, Operations and Support Services.  Their largest programs include: Emergency and Non-Emergency Response to calls for service, Community Policing, Criminal Investigations and follow up, and Regional 911 Communications and Dispatch.  The annual budget for the Flagstaff Police Department in fiscal year 2021 was $23,279,589.

The leadership teams of both divisions will share their mission statements.  They will present information on their staffing, programs, budget highlights, and accomplishments and initiatives.
