Home is outside of Townsite Overlay, HPO review consulted with property owner and made recommendations. Proposed window replacement does not significantly impact historic configuration of home. Selected window are approved.
Information:
A neglected 1915 Queen Anne 1 story home with intact historic fabric of all aspects including windows. Condition of fabric is poor because of lack of maintenance.
