Findings:
Project meets requirements of no significant impacts to the property or the neighborhood and improves the existing duplex's compatibility with an appropriate front porch and improved neighborhood compatibility of the intrusive architectural style adopted prior to the adoption of the Townsite design requirements. Front porches are a typical element of the Townsite. Previous reviews of a more extensive project by the HPC did concur with the HPOs conclusion that the porch and related façade changes were appropriate. The HPO is approving the porch plan set as a "Certificate of No Effect".
