Information:
Phase 1 of the Monte Vista Renovations was approved administratively in 2019.
In October 2019, Commissioner Day moved to approve Certificate of No Effect for Phase 2 at 100 N San Francisco with the condition that the paint color be approved by the HPO Commissioner Webber seconded the motion; the motion passed unanimously. Phase 3 was presented at this meeting but the Commission asked that it be resubmitted with the site plan submittal and reviewed and approved at that time.
