Findings:
The project was reviewed for the removal of all non-historic facade improvements in preparation for new restaurant facade rehabilitation. Photo and written documentation was provided to establish the historic nature of various changes over time and that many original architectural elements of the lower facade such as the transom no longer exist. Some lower facade facing stripped to expose original historic fabric.
