Future Agenda Item Request (F.A.I.R.): A request by the Commission on Diversity Awareness through Councilmember McCarthy to place on a future agenda a discussion about equitable restroom availability. 

Rule 4.01, Procedures for Preparation of Council Agendas, of the City of Flagstaff City Council Rules of Procedure outlines the process for bringing items forward to a future agenda. Councilmember McCarthy has requested this item be placed on an agenda under Future Agenda Item Requests (F.A.I.R.) to determine if there are two other members of Council interested in placing it on a future agenda. The request stems from a recommendation from the Commission on Diversity Awareness for the City of Flagstaff.
