• Protocol for exiting the meeting prior to adjourning. 
• Review the results of the email survey and discuss and vote on the new CODA Regular meeting start time, week of the month and day of the week. 
• Review current Boards and Commission meeting calendar. 
• Discuss transition to a hybrid format. 
• Ensure all members are on board for the new meeting information and confirm commitment to attendance.  

Transition to re-entry plan stage 4 April 11th.
All meetings need to stay hybrid in nature or virtual and must allow the public to access the meeting via electronic means moving forward.
