Consultation: El Pueblo - Code Talker Motel

On-site meeting at El Pueblo inspecting building site with Amy Webb, National Trust for Historic Preservation. Follow up with a Letter Of Intent for listing with the National Trust Program for the 11 Most Endangered Historic Properties with property owner's permission. The intent is to focus on the current condition of the Motel's historic structures and the challenges that exist in rehabilitation and extending the viability of the property with an additional motel on the back of the site. Project concepts have been ongoing for more than 3 years. HPC has reviewed extensive modifications to Office to include interpretation. It is hoped that the 11 Most Endangered Historic Properties listing with focus efforts on the interpretive aspects of the site.
