Findings:
HPO to meet with City leads of capital projects and their consultants to establish and coordinate areas of potential effect for the Downtown Mile, the Downtown Connection Center, the Rio de Flag Flood control Project and related local infrastructure, and the Housing and Sustainability Rehabilitation programs. All of these projects are in various phases of design and environmental compliance and will require Section 106 clearance. HPO and City staff will meet with SHPO in early February. Each project will require HPO involvement to complete the Section 106 process.
