Executive Summary:
A presentation regarding the Rio de Flag Flood Control Project with location and potential impact on historic and archeological resources, which will include an update on the Surface Resource Adverse Effect and required mitigation.
Policy Impact:
The State Historic Preservation Officer and the Army Corps of Engineers have a Memorandum of Understanding that guides the consultation, mitigation, and monitoring of the Rio de Flag Flood Control Project. The City of Flagstaff is a consulting party and this update is part of the ongoing monitoring and consultation.
