Executive Summary:
Resolution No. 2023-65 summarizes the results of the recent Special Election held on November 7, 2023, as indicated in the Final Results Report received from Coconino County Elections Department. The City of Flagstaff had a 43% voter turnout with 16,587 out of 38,699 registered voters casting ballots.
20 questions were presented to voters; 19 City Charter amendments and a referendum of Ordinance No. 2023-11. 12 of the 19 Charter amendments passed and the referendum of the ordinance did not pass.
Questions No. 461, 462, 464, 465, 466, 472, 474, 475, 476, 477, 478, and 479 passed and Questions No. 463, 467, 468, 469, 470, 471, 473, and 480 did not pass.
