The Commission on Inclusion and Adaptive Living seeks to identify focus areas and develop a work program to focus their efforts over the next year. Topics of possible discussion include, but are not limited to:

• Lack of on-demand WAV in Flagstaff
• Improving the City’s discovery, investigating, educating, and enforcement of city and state laws/ordinances
• Improving city snow plowing
• Improving citizen snow removal
• Improving sidewalk and street repairs
• Improving CIAL inclusion on city project planning
• Improving reporting violations and concerns to the city
• Accessibility audits of public buildings
• City of Flagstaff recruitment and hiring process: Does the City staff demographically represent our city's population?
• Therapeutic recreation
• Accessible sidewalks and streets, including pedestrian walkways and signaling devices
• Intergenerational programs at Joe Montoya
