TITLE:
Project Prioritization and Multi-year Project Planning Update.
STAFF RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Information and discussion Item. Staff will review the projects ranked by the Open Space Commission during their last meeting.
Executive Summary:
This agenda item will update the Open Space Commission on its ranked priorities for priority maintenance projects and new amenities to which BBB tax could be allocated to support project completion. The desired result of this work will be the production of a 5-10 capital improvement plan focusing on community open space priorities. The capital improvement plan will be reviewed at the Parks and Recreation and Open Spaces Commission's combined meeting on February 24, 2025.
