Civic Space at the Downtown Connection Center

Executive Summary:
In partnership with Mountain Line, as part of the Downtown Connection Center project, a civic space has a concept design for PROSE to maintain that includes a splash pad, a public restroom, a park space, a tree grove, an art installation plus a space for food trucks. The concept design is seeking support from the Parks and Recreation Commission.
