TITLE:
Historic Signs and Facades Grant Tracking - November 2025 Update
STAFF RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Discussion only.
Executive Summary:
Work for the grant project at 123 S. Beaver St. is complete, the grant inspection was completed on October 8, 2025, and the reimbursement payment was issued. Photos of the completed project are attached. The grant award for the 104 E. Route 66 project expires in November 2025 and the property owner plans to submit all reimbursement forms and documentation this month. There are no other updates since September 2025.
