FINDINGS:
The Certificate of No Effect application for re-roofing was reviewed and approved by the Heritage Preservation Officer. Re-roofing is considered a minor alteration that has a limited impact in relation to the total cultural resource.
INFORMATION:
The project proposes to remove and replace roofing in-kind. The building was constructed ca. 1952 and is located within the Townsite Historic Overlay Zone. It is outside the boundaries of the Flagstaff Townsite Historic Residential District. The proposed project was determined to meet the criteria for a Certificate of No Effect.
