FINDINGS:
The Certificate of No Effect application for re-roofing was reviewed and approved by the Heritage Preservation Officer. Re-roofing is considered a minor alteration that has a limited impact in relation to the total cultural resource.
INFORMATION:
The project proposes to remove and replace roofing in-kind. The building was constructed ca. 1910-1916 and is located within the Townsite Historic Overlay Zone and the Flagstaff Townsite Historic Residential District. The proposed project was determined to meet the criteria for a Certificate of No Effect.
