RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Amend/approve the minutes of the City Council Budget Retreat of February 11 and 16, 2016; Special Meeting (Executive Session) of May 3, 2016; Regular Meeting of May 3, 2016; and the Special Meeting (Executive Session) of May 10, 2016.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Minutes of City Council meetings are a requirement of Arizona Revised Statutes and, additionally, provide a method of informing the public of discussions and actions being taken by the City Council.
