EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
This is a continuation of the City Council Goal-setting Retreat from January 5, 2017. The Retreat will include continued discussion/direction on the Council's Legislative Priorities for 2017, affirmation of the 2017-2019 External Goals discussed on January 5, 2017, and development of the 2017-2019 Internal Goals. The Legislative Priorities will then be voted on formally by the City Council at its Regular Meeting of January 17, 2017.
