Executive Summary:
The Comprehensive Planning staff will give a presentation to update the City Council on the process for amending the Regional Plan to be consistent with Proposition 413: Campaign for a Greater Buffalo Park, passed by voters in 2016. The major plan amendment is the first step in rezoning and developing a management plan for the new McMillan Mesa Natural Area.
