TITLE:
Consideration and Adoption of Resolution No. 2019-09: A resolution approving an Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Williams, the Sedona Fire District, the Pinewood Fire District, the Highlands Fire District, the Summit Fire and Medical District, Mormon Lake Fire District, the Ponderosa Fire District, and the City of Flagstaff to provide for Mutual Aid.

Executive Summary:
The current IGA has a sunset provision and requires all the participating agencies to renew. The agreement is largely identical with a new 10-year expiration and the addition of the City of Williams to the list of participating agencies. The participating agencies in addition to the City of Flagstaff are: the City of Williams; the Highlands Fire District; the Mormon Lake Fire District; the Pinewood Fire District; the Ponderosa Fire District; the Sedona Fire District; and the Summit Fire and Medical District.

This IGA reflects the existing policy of the City of Flagstaff to participate in reciprocal mutual aid agreements.
