Presentation regarding the 2019 Community Development Block Grant/ Annual Action Plan recommendations.
DESIRED OUTCOME:
The desired outcome of the April 9th presentation is to inform Flagstaff City Council of the 2019 CDBG proposals that were received and to provide each proposal's scoring results for Council to establish a final CDBG funding decision on April 16th.
The attached staff summary (for April 16) is for the approval of the City of Flagstaff’s 2019 Annual Action Plan which is a required submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as part of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) process.
