STAFF RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Re-appoint Sterling Solomon as the City Attorney for the City of Flagstaff.
Executive Summary:
Re-appoint Sterling Solomon as City Attorney effective July 5, 2019 for a three-year term. Article IV, Section 4 of the Charter requires the City Council appoint a City Attorney to be the chief legal advisor of all offices, departments, and agencies, and of all officers and employees in matters relating to their official powers and duties.
