TITLE:
Consideration and Adoption of Resolution No. 2026-34: A resolution of the Flagstaff City Council, approving an Intergovernmental Agreement between Coconino County, the Coconino County Free Library District, and the City of Flagstaff for the administration, operation, maintenance, and capital improvement of the Tuba City Public Library.

Executive Summary:
This intergovernmental agreement continues a longstanding relationship between the City of Flagstaff, Coconino County, and the Coconino County Free Library District; wherein, the County will provide general maintenance and capital improvement services at the Tuba City Public Library. The City of Flagstaff, as fiscal agent for the Library District, administers Library District funding to procure maintenance and capital improvement services from the County on behalf of the Tuba City Public Library.
