BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The property at 820 N. Beaver St. has not previously been inventoried or subject to a cultural resource study and is not located within a historic district or historic overlay zone. The property owners plan to demolish the existing structures and redevelop the parcel. Given the age of the property, a Phase 1 Cultural Resource Study was requested to evaluate the significance and integrity of the property. The Phase 1 Study was prepared by EnviroSystems Management Inc. and recommends that the property is not eligible for listing on the National or Flagstaff Registers of Historic Places.
