This building is located within the Townsite Historic Overlay Zone. The building was constructed circa 1916-1919 and is non-contributing to the Flagstaff Townsite Historic Residential District due to alterations. One window is proposed for replacement. The window to be replaced is modern (not historic), is located on the upper story of a secondary facade, and will be replaced in-kind.
