Micromobility Policy Comparison
STAFF RECOMMENDED ACTION:

Executive Summary:
Flagstaff's last bike and micromobility ordinance is from 2019. We want to present information on what other states and cities are doing for micromobility and are looking for feedback on what regulations the city might want to update along with the rollout of a shared micromobility program.
