Discussion and vote.
Executive Summary:
The Sustainability Commission will consider whether to create an informal working group to evaluate Flagstaff's climate goals as part of the Carbon Neutrality Plan (CNP) update.
Informal working groups may be created by the Commission to research, gather information, and provide recommendations back to the commission on various matters. Working groups may consist of members of the public and/or less than a quorum of commission members. All information and recommendations from the work group will be provided and presented to the commission in an open meeting for public discussion. Further guidelines on working group formation can be found in the City of Flagstaff Board and Commission Members Manual.
