This project proposes reroofing in-kind. Reroofing in-kind is considered a minor alteration that has a limited impact in relation to the total cultural resource and was determined to meet the criteria for a Certificate of No Effect. This building was constructed in 1917 and is located within the Townsite Historic Overlay Zone. The property is outside the boundaries of the Flagstaff Townsite Historic Residential District.
