Councilmember McCarthy provided the Future Agenda Item Request on July 5, 2017, which was supported by the required number of Councilmembers.
INFORMATION:
The City Attorney will present information on the differences between traditional tobacco products versus e-cigarette/vaping products. The City Attorney will seek direction from the Council on moving forward to treat these different products in a similar manner where possible under the City Code.
