  1. Allow all Partners to present information related to their organizations.
  2. Open public discussion
  3. Line item review of contributions


INFORMATION

At the November Budget Retreat, Council requested an additional meeting to discuss Contributions to Partners for review and discussion of each contribution.  Our Partners have been provided the option of presenting information on their agency prior to Council deliberation.  In an effort to manage time, the following guidelines were presented to the Partners:
  • Please keep any Power Point presentations to 5 slides (not including a title slide or thank you/contact information slide).
  • Explain how our partnership benefits our community.
  • Provide statistics such as number of citizens using your service.
  • Provide a list of agencies that provide a similar service and those you may partner with.
  • Provide an overview of your total funding and expenditures
  • Provide a response to: What if the funding is reduced or goes away?  What impacts with this have on the community and citizens
